The Agrifood Councils of the Americas and the Caribbean bring together producers, businesses, organizations, knowledge and culture. We foster dialogue from production to the table: agribusiness, logistics, tourism and gastronomy.

Explore CAM’s institutional proposal and ask about the pathway for connecting through Bluebook. An initial meeting allows us to review your profile and clarify membership or partnership options, requirements and scope.
Rural stories, culinary memory and personal experiences can become a work that preserves your voice. With CANARTES and American Chamber of Arts, Art with a Cause supports the organization and editing of books.
Gather texts, voice notes, photographs and videos. Label each contribution: Topic + Background + Material + Intended use. The team organizes; you review and approve each draft. A private Telegram channel is arranged when the project begins.
